Delete Your Loomika Account

You can delete some or all of your Loomika data at any time, without deleting your account. This page explains how.
Delete Only Your Cloud Data (Keep Your Account)
- Open Loomika and go to Settings
- Scroll to the Cloud Sync section
- Tap Delete Cloud Data
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently deletes your synchronized decks, cards, study progress, statistics, and media attachments (images and audio) from the cloud, while keeping your account signed in. Data stored locally on your device is not affected.
Delete Only Your Local Data (Keep Your Account)
- Open Loomika and go to Settings
- Scroll to the Data section
- Tap Delete Local Data
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently deletes all decks, cards, and progress stored on this device. Cloud data is not affected.
Delete Your Account In the App
- Open Loomika and go to Settings
- Scroll to the Cloud Sync section
- Tap Delete Cloud Account
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently deletes your user account (authentication data, email address) and all data stored in the cloud: decks, cards, study progress, statistics, and media attachments (images and audio). Data stored locally on your device is not affected; you can remove it separately via "Delete Local Data" in Settings or by uninstalling the app.
Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing dmc.app.studio@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
- Your authentication account (email address, sign-in credentials)
- All synced decks, cards, and study progress
- All uploaded media attachments (images, audio)
- AI feature usage counters linked to your account
What May Be Retained
- Purchase records processed by the app stores and RevenueCat, as required for financial record-keeping obligations
- Crash reports collected before deletion, which are automatically deleted according to the retention period described in our Privacy Policy
